Golden Brown Baked Cauliflower

Simple and so dang delicious! Double your batch good!



SERVING SIZE - Serves 2

YIELD:

PREP TIME: 10 min

COOK TIME: 24 min


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cauliflower washed and cut into florets

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil - use any oil as desired as long as it has a high smoke point to handle 450℉

Dry seasoning - adjust to taste

  • 2 Tbsp Potato flour

  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast

  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp Onion powder

  • ¼ tsp Turmeric

  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Salt or as needed

  • ¼ tsp Black pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450℉.

  2. Cover baking sheet in foil, lightly drizzle with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil.

  3. Toss cauliflower in a bowl with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, coat well.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix well all dry ingredients.

  5. Spoon/ sprinkle dry seasoning onto oiled cauliflower florets while stirring to evenly coat.

  6. Distribute coated florets onto the baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 12 minutes, then flip over each piece with tongs.

  8. Bake for another 12 minutes.

Serve with a dipping sauce of choice or eat as is because they are so dang delicious plain!


We recommend a chipotle ranch or another creamy-based sauce if you're a big dipper. If vegan, use your prefered vegan dips. Enjoy!
