Awarded externship through my own home-based allergen-friendly cookie business, GAIA Cookies.
GAIA Cookies was a product of my piqued educational experience while focused on the Farm-to-Table curriculum. Awareness of food sourcing, production, and the growing adverse effects on the health of the world created a mission to design a snack that could be enjoyed by the growing number of people with food-associated allergies and intolerances.
Recipes were countlessly tested for aroma, taste, and texture. All ingredients were carefully researched and selected to prevent safety risks of cross-contamination. This final recipe was tested by a USDA-accredited lab. To ensure product reliability.

Send me your product at no cost and any preference(s) you have for how the recipe is designed.
For example, you may want it to be included in a cultural cuisine or to be 100% vegan.
If you have no preference, I will provide the ideation to create a new recipe to showcase your product and its diverse use.
